Waivers of Inadmissibility

Individuals who have lived in the U.S. undocumented or are considered inadmissible to the United States for any other reason may qualify for a waiver.  Attorney Carlos Gallardo can help you apply for a waiver that may permit you to remain in the United States as a Lawful Permanent Resident.  A commonly used and powerful waiver is the unlawful presence waiver which is considered a hardship waiver.  Our office can help you prepare successful waiver applications and legal briefs to overcome inadmissibility factors for the following reasons:

  • Unlawful presence
  • Criminal activity
  • Fraud
  • Alien smuggling
  • Misrepresentations to the U.S. government
  • Prior immigration violations
