MOTIONS TO REOPEN IMMIGRATION COURT CASES

You or a loved one may be eligible to reopen a prior deportation or removal case and eliminate a removal order. A motion to reopen can be submitted to the immigration court when there are new facts, circumstances, or conditions to establish your case.  For example, you may now qualify for  green card. Attorney Gallardo has successfully reopened difficult cases in immigration court and can help you determine whether you are eligible to reopen your removal proceedings.
