In person jail consultation

The first step in any immigration defense case is to provide a consultation to determine what relief if any, a person qualifies for.  When a person is detained by immigration officials it may be difficult for that person's loved ones to provide the necessary information to an attorney to adequately evaluate a case.  When this occurs, it is best for an attorney to provide a in person consolation where the affected person is detained.
