appeals

If your immigration court case has been denied and your case was reserved for appeal, then you have the right to appeal your case to the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA).

There are many basis for an appeal, two of the most common being that the immigration judge made an error in law or fact or abused their discretion in denying the case.

Attorney Gallardo can represent you in your appeal by reviewing the immigration court's record of proceedings including the hearing transcripts, formulating the arguments for appeal, and filing your appeal with the BIA.

Contact Gallardo Law Group for a free evaluation of your case.
